Steve Rider started selling homes in the late 1970’s; licensed in both AZ and CA. He has been working closely with local builders in Arizona for over 40 years. In 2012, Steve launched his highly successful Builder Trade In ProgramTM nationally, with over 50 awarded territories. In 2016, The National Builder Trade In Program sales volume was over $1.1 Billion and ranked them the #1 Team in the World.

Steve’s main passion is education and he has enjoyed great success as an educator, coach and team leader. He specializes in helping organizations and professionals break down the walls of change and get on a proven path to growth and success. He has a system for getting people moving in the right direction by leading them on a path to discovery, uncovering what really matters to them, and showing them that change is not the enemy.

Steve has several impressive certifications. He is a John Maxwell motivational speaker, a trainer/ speaker for Gary Keller’s “The One Thing” and “Keller Williams Kids Can – Quantum Leap”. He is also an author and has published his first book “Change” with two more books in the works. The proceeds from his book will go to his new charity “IKick4Kids” -- donating soccer balls worldwide.
